There was no hardware or manual included. We used bolts from the shipping frame to put it together and pulled up the manual online to double-check the motor mounting. There were some significant scratches and dents in the belt cover since the only protection during shipping was an angle iron frame around the elevator pieces, but it doesn't affect the belt turning. Undamaged would have been better but it wasn't worth the hassle of returning.
