I ordered a complete set of pallet forks and was aware that they were back ordered. Well before the estimated ship date I received an email saying that my order was shipping. FedEx delivered the forks only with no frame. I contacted Titan to be sure that I ordered correctly and that the frame would be coming. I was told that the frame was back ordered, but would ship when back in stock. A day or two later I received an email from Titan offering the same set of forks for $100. less than I had paid. I would like to see Titan better communicate what is happening with orders and NOT offer the same product at a significant discount, that a customer has been waiting for due to a back order.
I’m happy with the Titan pallet forks but feel that the service/communication needs improvement.
