Not happy “free shipping” costs $75. FYI, this borders on deceptive marketing practices. Ask your lawyers about it. No usable manuals were supplied with the machine. Also, the machine does not run. A usable service manual should include how to check and adjust specifications like blade clearance, belt tension and basics like tire pressures.
I have not had any resolution from Titan. The one service rep that I have communicated with can only do so much if Titan does not supply them with the proper training and information.
