Pallet forks arrived almost a month prior to the frame - which arrived well after the date(s) promised. Price dropped $100 the day before the frame shipped. Seems like a quality piece of equipment, but it was not a smooth process & customer service didn't seem to have a clue and told me multiple different things. Frustrating experience as it was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband's 50th BDay.
