Pallet forks showed up unboxed and looked like they were 3 years old because of the damage in shipping. To make matters worse, the fork frame did not fit my loader despite the product information saying it would. I filed a warranty claim that took 4 days to even hear from anyone. Once I did hear back I've been given numerous roadblocks to giving me a satisfactory resolution to my issue. I now have to find someone locally who may be able to fix the poor-quality welds that are causing the frame not to fit. But I can't actually have it fixed, I need a quote to see if it might be approved. Just more ways to delay giving a proper resolution. Customer satisfaction seems an oxymoron at Titan.
