Not too bad. Website was not updated on the item that I purchased. It had a backorder date for the previous month, so I figured that it might be in stock again. So, I place my order. There was no indication that it would be two separate shipments. I got a tracking number and watched as the delivery day arrived. Got a notification that it had been delivered. Came home to find pallet forks delivered and not the mounting rack for them. Went to the website to see if/when the rack would be delivered. There was no information on it, at all. The order stated that it had been partially delivered, but the was nothing indicating when the rest of the order would be shipped or if it had been. I waited a week, checking daily to see if anything had been updated. Nothing. So the next day I was about to call customer service, but I get a notification that the rack was on its way. I was able to track it through FedEx, but website still only showed that my order was partially shipped. There needs to be something in your order system that can notify and track multiple orders.
