Your customer service on the internet was terrible no help no follow thru I had to drive 2/5 hrs to Mem to return the part then to Horn Lake Ms to get the right one. Everything at both facilities in Mem was extremely helpful could not have been better Get a 800 number with a American speaking person to handle your problem orders iI am happy with the quality of my adapter
