I received my order quickly, but the box it came in was falling apart. When I opened the box the paint was scratched at both ends of my new pallet fork attachment. When I went to install my new attachment the two pins would not line up properly so I'm going to have to grind at least one of them. That's why I only gave it four stars or else it would have been five. Otherwise it's a very good attachment, very heavy duty.
