I called to check on a scratch and dent item to see what exactly I was purchasing, and the guy was very clear that the item may have a few scratches or slight dents. He was adamant that it would not cause the item to not function. Upon receiving the fertilizer spreader, it had no cable to open the broadcaster, an there was no hardware to connect the handle to the base of the spreader. I would not have bought this had I been better informed over the phone. Now it's been 16 days, and I still don;t have what I need.
Look somewhere else. Not a happy costumer!
