I would like to give a 5 star review, which I believe the product quality deserves, but the return policy forces me to go lower. I used a company representative on the phone to determine which grappler fit my tractor and lift, with provided identifying information. I asked if the hydraulics were available online to complete my order and he said they were. I clicked and ordered both items. So, I used a company representative and didn't read the fine print on the website. When I went to have the hydraulics installed, the kit wasn't the one I needed. I hadn't opened it any more than necessary to view it and determine it wasn't what I needed. When I sent the picture of the unopened product, they determined I would have to pay the return postage ($75) and they would charge me a 20% restocking fee. On an almost $1000 item, that would be a $200 restocking fee. I consider this grossly unfair and told their representative so in an email chain spanning a week or so. I get asking me to pay all the postage both ways. No complaints here. But I greatly resent returning a product ready to resell and being charged $200 for the privilege of purchasing from them when I can't hand a mechanic the product and determine if it is correct. Lesson to be learned for local purchasing. They can still make this right by me and refund my restocking fee.
