I haven't had a chance to use the category 2 quick hitch yet, but when I went to mount it on my tractor, it would not fit over my lift arms,so I had to grind some of the metal off from where it was cut out to make it fit on my tractor, I guess maybe quality control missed that,but other than that, service was good and it arrived in a timely matter, would definitely order from the company again.
