Shipment of the original equipment, hay grapple, was horrible. At delivery, the product was damaged in several areas and even upside down in the truck and leaking hydraulic fluid. The grapple was refused, not unloaded. I conveyed this to customer/support service through email and phone conversation, they apparently could not understand I did not have the grapple. A Fed Ex truck was sent to my home to retrieve the grapple I did not have. I did get a replacement which was in good condition.
