I ordered the wrong flail mower and called when I realized it. Should have been a simple fix. Could not y’all understand that even though it was being shipped fed-ex it would initially go to a hub. At the point it could be halted! Now I have to wait until it arrives at my home then send it back with a twenty percent restocking fee. I tried to explain I needed a more expensive model. You won’t get anywhere with these foreign sounding people. I will send it back and gladly pay the restock fee and will buy elsewhere. Common sense is gone in America
