FedEx lost part of the shipment. Rather than take care of the customer and ship a new part, Titan delayed the process until FedEx made good on the loss. The shipping agreement is between Titan and FedEx, not the end consumer and FedEx. Titan had my money and I had no product for almost a month. Very poor customer service on the part of Titan. Once I finally received the attachment it seems to be of decent enough quality. Other vendors will be considered before I purchase from Titan again.
Problems come up in business. It is how you resolve the problem and take care of your customers that makes the difference. Titan's performance was sub par.
