Parts are missing. Hardware is missing. Titan says they will send missing part but not missing hardware because its a "Scratch and Dent" item. Still have not received missing part. I would not have expected S&D to mean missing hardware. If it were my company I would not discourage potential future purchases from a customer by withholding $15 worth of nuts and bolts.
