This has been one of the worst experiences our company has had.
THE ATTACHMENTS DON'T FIT OUR MACHINE DESPITE THE ADVERTISING SAYING THAT IT DOES.
We told CS that we needed to ship it back and wanted to purchase the right attachments
WE were then CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WERE TOLD TO SHIP IT BACK AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FREIGHT AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
