I was disappointed when I received a partial shipment and I had not been notified that there was going to be a partial shipment. I had to call to find out what was going on. I was then informed that part of the item I ordered was on backorder. At least the missing part was shipped within a few days.
I am happy with the forklift attachment though at this point. It fits nicely and appears to be well made. I have not used it very much yet.
