First I'll say this wasn't my first purchase from Titan and likely won't be my last. My issue was caused by poor packaging. 7 shanks, 7 teeth, 7 pins in a baggie as well as a bag of bolts, washers and nuts loaded in 1 cardboard box. Luckily the bolt baggie was wrapped in mailing tape and wasn't destroyed. There was no other packing material in the box and the pins were loose and 1 tooth was missing. Box was more open than not. 1 of the mounting plates was also missing from the box with the 72" mounting bar. Called Titan and asked for product support. After 7 minutes on hold a lady answered and I tried to explain I needed 1 tooth and the plate. Was told I would receive an email 24 to 48 hrs. Waited 3 days called back, on hold for 5 minutes, a lady answered looked at the image from the order and told me I would get an email. Next day email said replacements would be sent. Received replacements 4 days after I got the request for a review for customer service received. The actual parts worked great but shipping and support could use some upgrades at least proper packing material and all of this would be unnecessary.
