Product was good quality when received. They tend to ship without packaging so shipping label is stuck directly on product. Received partial order almost immediately, but last part of order took longer than indicated. Customer service line connection was poor when I called but was eventually able to get information needed as to expected delivery date. Once shipped, order was received quickly. So, good product, just need to set delivery expectations.
