Received the wired basket and the box was destroyed during shipping and the product was damaged and wanted to send it back they told me to tape up the old box which was impossible so after several exchanges trying to find out what to ship it back I spent $30 to make a box and send it back to be done with the headache of dealing with this, after they told me to just wrap it with bubble wrap and sent it back. Most likely will avoid purchasing from them in the future.
