I continue to get email that the order arrived, and you want feedback. The order has never been delivered! As follows, l have attached the last email I sent to your company on Mar 15, regarding this order. Mar 15, 2023, 4:57 PM CDT External: Titan, I wanted to clarify your response of "Refused by recipient." I did not refuse delivery! The delivery driver did not deliver the package. He got stuck in the snow 50 feet away from my porch. Almost a foot of snow on the ground. He apparently didn't have chains or 4 wheel drive. Was pulled out by another vehicle, but didn't leave my order. Pictures attached.
