So had an issue with getting the wrong part sent to me. I've ordered 9 inch scratch and dent hex augur bit but instead got a 6 inch round augur bit. I can see where the mistake happen. The box containing the wrong bit had a 9" augur bit label attached to it. Either way I was disappointed especially since this my first order from Titan and I had plan out the arrival date to work using the attachment. So I sent an email with pictures and quickly got a response from Poohyee Arcenas. She had your team review the email and promptly sent out the correct unit. I was surprised on how fast and efficiently my issue was resolved. Even if yall got it wrong, customer service means a lot to me, and you definitely have made a new repeat customer.
