This is my third request for service. I have a quick hitch and the attachment levers do not retract when the handles are up.
I received a replacement hitch and one attachment lever is defective. When the handle is up the lever does not retract. I sent an email last week and so far no response.
As noted the replacement hitch has a defective level as it does not fully retract. Please send me another hitch or replacement parts that work.
