Thank you for coming through with the Titan Replacement Hammers for our Flail Mower. Andrew and the Sales team were informative and helpful. The product arrived in a timely manner and I was able to get back to the job at hand with minimal downtime. The only issue I wanted to bring to your attention is the poor packaging that arrived. The box carried 35 hammers and only some packing paper to fill the space. It was too much weight for the box, which ripped on 3 sides and was retapped by the shipper. Thankfully nothing was missing or broken, but that was a very real possibility, which would have caused further delays and problems. I would highly recommend a better packing approach when shipping items this heavy.
