The extreme stump bucket was delivered a day late, had deep scratches, and defective. The pins were not in alignment with my John Deere tractor as advertised. When trying to resolve the issue, I was bullied and harassed. Ralph in the warranty department only gave me choices to fix it myself by grinding down half of the pin, or taking it to someone else to get it fixed. The FTC states that companies have the obligation to exchange, repair, or reimburse. To clarify, that means the company should do that, not me. I told Ralph if an agreement is not made by Friday, 4/28/2024, I will be looking into arbitration options such as The BBB or small claims court in Chesapeake, Va. Another option would be a charge back to my credit card. At this point, I either want 25% or the purchase price refunded, or to return for a full refund plus shipping charges. As I told Ralph, Titan is at 100% fault and is still making a profit at 25% off. I on the other hand am losing either way.
