I order a forklift frame and forks tractor attachment, and the forks arrived quickly, the frame took several weeks, which is understandably due to shortages. There was no automatic communication to this delay and no updates, although Titan did respond to my email inquiries promptly. The shipping company did not call to schedule delivery, I had to call them about the delivery day and time. The delivery was 2 hours past the given time and I never got a call from the truck driver or company with updates. That being said, I am happy with the quality of the equipment and the delivery guy was great, Communication with the customer needs to be worked on.
