We purchased this 72" inch dozer blade back in February and it came with the wrong controller, the controller pictured shows 1 button 2 knobs ours came with 2 buttons 1 knob and doesn't operate correctly with the supplied controller. We have tried to raise this with them and all they can offer us is return, over what I'm sure is a very inexpensive part compared to freighting it back to them. They say they will pay us if we can get our own controller, but refuse to let us open and replace a button with a knob and rewire this controller to work according to the schematic that is in the manual? This is not good customer service. If they don't want us rewiring the controller, then send someone to us with the knob and have them rewire it, it would still be cheaper and less hassle then a return? I just can't recommend anyone purchase from this company, unless you are competent enough to warranty and fix things yourself, don't expect them to do anything. I wish I had better things to say.
