The actual attachment itself is great. However, there were no instructions included for assembling it. There was an owners manual that listed all the parts and provided a single diagram of the assembled item. The transfer case had no oil in it. This fact was not clearly stated. It told what oil to use, and to check the level regularly, but as with the lack of instructions there was no warning or indication that the reservoir was empty. There were no clips provided for the attachment. The two bottom pegs have different size holes that the top. And all three holes on tractor are same size. Makes one wonder if the grease fittings on the drive arm were lubricated prior to shipment. And those grease fittings are installed in such a manner that they cannot be accessed in their current position. Nice, strong piece of equipment. But I expect better admin support
