Do to the nature of the product the packaging nearly failed. By chance the spare shear bolt (appreciated by the way) was nearly lost. It was hanging in the outer carton hole caused by handling of the package and free floating of the ripper. If I may suggest, securely tape the spare shear bolt to the ripper so that damage to the outer box does not lead to its loss in transit.
