2nd time I've ordered this item and for the 2nd time it came incomplete. Last time, I was told by your customer service and parts department, for 2 months mind you, that the spare part would be sent. Then after two months that just suddenly changed to a no. I ordered it again. It's missing the same part. I guess there is no quality control. I want a full refund and a return label to send this garbage back to you. Then I want to be taken off of your lists. I'm done with your company. Have a supervisor call me so I can have my refund confirmed.
