The initial Sales call was very good. Shipping was fast! Had a little trouble getting the mower out of the packaging as I don't have a hoist etc. The mower does an excellent job knocking down a 2ft grass field with no issues. No manual shipped with the product. The electronic manual is out of date. Support didn't know the product, and kept referring to the wrong information until we escalated the issue.
