Product purchased (clamp on forks) are well made and just what I needed. Shipped fast and well packed! My only complaint is I ordered these on May 4th and by May 6th they were 34% off, which would have saved me $50. When I called to voice my complaint, I was told that Titans policy is within 24 hours they’d honor the sale price, but since it was 36 hours from time of order to time item went on sale, they(you) would not credit my account with the $50 savings. So that is why you got the low rating, not for the actual product. My opinion; Not a good way to start a new customer business relationship.
