It was disheartening to discover that an essential step for securing the delivery of my product had been overlooked. Once I completed the necessary step and arranged a new delivery date, the package was finally delivered the following day. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule all my previous appointments and stay home for an additional day, incurring significant costs for what was supposed to be a free shipping service. I believe it is crucial for companies like Titan to ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the entire ordering and shipping process. This includes providing explicit instructions and requirements to customers so that they can take the necessary steps to secure the delivery of their products. Moreover, responsive customer service is vital in resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive customer experience. The inconvenience and financial implications resulting from the delayed delivery and subsequent rescheduling of my appointments were highly frustrating. I strongly believe that it is essential for Titan to be made aware of this issue so that they can improve their processes and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
