Overall the buying experience and product quality are top-notch. The only thing I would recommend would be the communication after the order was placed. Once I placed the order, the order confirmation email stated I would receive a tracking number to track the delivery. This tracking email never arrived so I had no idea when the order would be delivered and the order ended up arriving out of the blue. Due to the size and weight of the products offered, this could cause some issues with unloading, etc. if the customer is not aware of a delivery date or prepared at that minute to offload once the order arrives.
