I received my attachment very quickly and appeared to be well built. Upon assembley I discovered a missing part. I contacted customer service and was told they didn't have the in their warehouse and that it would be a lengthy process to get the part and when it would arrive in the warehouse it would be a long time before they would be able to ship it to me because of lack of enough personal to ship it promptly. Customer service asked me if I could manufacture the missing part to use until they were able to ship the missing part to me! After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, I receive the missing part 6 MONTHS LATER!
