The product itself seems to be built pretty good. But the shipping could have been a heck of a lot better. The forks and the quick attach piece came separately. They were not on a pallet nor were they packaged at all. The quick attach piece was bent when in received the piece and scratched all up.
None the less the piece of equipment works as it should!
