This was your third attempt to send me a non-defective hitch. This, as well as two others, were sent back to you. The locking pins do not retract enough to allow for quick attachment removal and thus not a quick hitch. Hopefully, a refund is in place or you will send me a hitch that was quality inspected before shipment.
