The pallet forks are great the delivery was problematic. I chose fed ex ground as it was the free shipping method. I did not realize it would come as three pieces so was confused when I saw in the tracking system that I had three shipments. The driver delivered the two forks one day and I did not see him. Two days later he delivered the main frame and I was able to talk to him. He hat to lift it on the panel truck on his own and had not help or equipment. So it was not a safe delivery method.
