The sales experience was awesome!
The delivery process - not so much.
Titan ships their pallet forks in 3 pieces to reduce costs - makes sense. However, each of the three products were delivered on separate days with more than 10 days between the delivery of first item to the final item.
Despite the unreliable mailing process, I will check with Titan the next time I'm looking for equipment for my farm.
