First parts order was lost by FedEx. Not Titan's fault. Reorder took more than a month because out of stock. When it finally was shipped after I had to call, it was short out of ten items. Box was damaged from FedEx but didn't lose contents, just short. Titan made it right by refunding me money, happy for that. Has just been a frustrating experience for me. I think you need to find a different shipper than FedEx.
