Hopefully if i write this review, i will not get any more emails about it. I purchased this product because of the heavier metal than most other people use. Shipping was a nightmare. I'm giving four stars because sometimes problems do happen. Customer service was mostly also a nightmare, taking weeks to get the shipping problems sorted out. If i was solely reviewing based on the customer service, i would give one star. I also communicated with customer service by email, live chat, and phone.
