We ordered parts back in May and still have not received the second part of our shipment. The first package was "damaged in transit" but we were never told that until I called. However they put this 20 lb item in a 6 in cardboard box with no insulation or protection. The second product that got sent was "lost in transit", again I was NEVER notified of this. They have now sent us a THIRD item but will take 72 hrs to ship and don't offer an expedited shipping.
