I received the attachment with a manufacturing flaw so it didn't fit the tractor. I tried to talk to someone about this and I was clearly talking to a call center because I kept being asked to file a warranty claim on and was told there was no phone number to talk to a representative about warranty. After filing the pictures and the issue on line I was via email from Ralph, no phone call if given a discount I would be willing to grind down/modify the part of the attachment to make it fit since it wasn't a structural part of the attachment. My response was no and that I should not have to modify a brand new part that I just purchased and I expected to receive a replacement. The next response was we will send you a new attachment no need to send the other one back. In the end Titan did the right thing but my experience with your customer service was very poor.
