i ordered a part online on a Saturday morning. the Parts department was supposed to be open, it was not open. i left a message for a callback. i was called back on Monday morning and i asked if my part was the correct part i needed. the person who called me said i had ordered the correct part. the part came a few days later and did not fit. it was the wrong part according to another one of their reps on another phone call i made. i was told Titan had a no refund policy and i could not get my money back.
