The experience with Josh in sales was extremely good. He was very professional, friendly, and answered all questions. Subsequent follow up with the support team was good; however, they couldn't help with the unacceptable delivery process with Fedex. Daily reports came in stating the product would be delivered today, then another stating it was delayed. That went on for a week and a half. I was going to order a grapple from Titan, but that is doubtful now unless I can be guaranteed they won't use FedEx in the delivery process. We're at our property in Wisconsin now, and in Florida where I am a condo association president, we consistently have problems with FedEx Ground there too.
