The delivery was a hassle, fedex could not make it here and i had to meet him at the airport 25 min away and load it into my truck. He was in a full size semi with a lift gate and i live on small country roads. Then it was really fun to try and get off my truck without damaging it. He said you guys didn't request a smaller box truck with a lift gate. I also have an issue with the shock adjustments, the little set screws to hold the hight in place only screw in at one hight position, so if you try to now with it, it just lowers to the ground. They need redrilled and threaded to work correctly. I used the mower for the first time today and found this out, it was a hassle and fettuccine m frustrating.
