The price was fair after a holiday discount, the packaging and delivery was great. The instructions are very general, but my bolt-on grapple was complicated. BUT...the hydraulic tips were not my style, so I had to replace them due to no options at checkout. 4 stars for extra cost involved to adapt to my third function. My review of endless texts and emails would get a NO STARS ! Stopping the harrassment today!
