My 2 star rating has more to do with customer service than the item I bought.
The item was damaged during shipment so the carrier sent it back to Titan. So I sent customer service an email pointing out what has happened.
Here is a copy of the message I sent:
"It appears that my order has been traveling through many states and is heading back to Titan. Could you please get this order sent to me in a timely manner?
Thank you"
I received a reply that Titan would look into this matter. After a few days without hearing anything from Titan I called a sales representative and told them what had happened. The sales representative put in a replacement request immediately. That interaction was very positive and with a positive outcome.
My issue with Titan started when I received the email for the replacement order. In that email Titan stated that " I should consider this a "one time courtesy" to replace this order since I opted out of delivery insurance.". So Titan's stance is that I should be grateful that I received an item from them that I paid for. I find this shocking. Specially, since I never received the damage item to begin with.
For this reason I highly doubt that I will ever purchase anything else from Titan.
As for the item itself I have found that the paint flakes off very easily and quickly and the 2 bottom link pins are to long which causes them to spin which in turn causes more paint to be scraped off.
