The only problem I had was with the shipping. Pallet forks were shipped in three pieces with no packaging, so they have shipping stickers that won't come off and make the brand new implements look bad. Then the main frame was bent, which is only cosmetic, but still annoying on a brand new implement. Chipped up paint through poor handling adds to the cosmetic issues. This is to be expected with FedEx, but it least it made it to the right house this time and I didn't have to chase it down through the neighborhood. Would have been a better experience if it had been put on a pallet wrapped in cardboard.
