Very responsive order department. My subsoiler was shipped quickly and was easy to track through their website. Unfortunately, the attachment sat at the shipper's last location for several days until I called about it. The agent told me I needed to set up a delivery appointment. The need to set up an appointment for delivery with the shipper was not mentioned on the Titan website. There was some minor damage of the implement upon arrival that was easily addressed in my shop.
